State Farm Building

Not long ago we were approached by a local contractor who was renovating a portion of a commercial building in Loveland, Co. The tenants were having issues using the second floor staircase. The previous stares had rusted through so badly that it had damaged the structural integrity. Elevation Fabrication was able to come out and give a free estimate as well as, provide a solution to this safety nightmare. We were able to tear out the old set of stairs that had been damaged and fabricate a new set. The new design allowed for proper grip and stability in Colorado’s harsh winters but also, allowed for proper water shed so that there would not be any excessive rusting. The new stairs captured the look that the customer was after, while providing structurally sound design.
